They insist that you don&#8217;t have to be an experienced bike rider in professional shape.  In fact, their line is, &#8220;if you can sit on a bike, you&#8217;re in.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Here&#8217;s how it works:  They serve you breakfast, and fit you for a helmet.  Then drive you to the top of <a href=\"http:\/\/pikes-peak.com\/\">Pikes Peak<\/a> (in 15-passenger vans&#8230; your group can be up to 35 people).  After some quick instruction, you start the 3-hour bike ride down.  They serve you lunch and you&#8217;re done.  Cost, $110 per person includes meals, guide, and rental of bicycle, helmet, and &#8220;all weather gear.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>They offer many programs.  Their <a href=\"http:\/\/bikithikit.com\/goldcamp.htm\">Gold Camp<\/a> ride is also downhill, but starts at a lower altitude to avoid altitude problems.
